Really good steak! The sirloin was well trimmed and perfectly cooked. They were great accommodating the needs of my children too - they will do grilled chicken and chips, pasta, etc. Delicious sides and sauces alongside fantastic service made this a really memorable meal, for all the right reasons!

We visited the Porterhouse for our mother's 80th birthday and had a brilliant meal. The staff and management couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, including setting up balloons and organising the birthday cake (which we were permitted to provide ourselves with no issue that it would mean no dessert orders!). The steaks were perfectly cooked, starters and sides all great (probably the best Steak Tartare I've ever had) and the chips were insanely crispy! Easily the best place to eat Steak in Winchester.
We had an excellent meal here a few days ago. Our waiter was the owner, full of enthusiasm for his restaurant and justifiably so. Service was first class as was the food. The description of the wine we chose and its background and suitability to the meal was a nice touch too. I had fillet steak, highly recommended
It was quiet when we ate there for a Sunday lunch but the service was great and the food was good too. All fresh and well presented. Good wine selection and great steaks good portions, too. Great for large groups.

Fantastic steak house in Winchester,we were welcome with a smile and our waiter were really friendly and look after us very well. Steak were juicy and done right with their tasty sauce. Highly recomended,will come back here again if we ever come back to Winchester.
